These terms of use apply to StylePad.com (herein referred to as the "Website"). Please blog these terms of use carefully. Your use of the website and/or registration for services (herein referred to as the "Services"), including participation in any public social networking blogs, forums, blog sections, etc, will constitute that you acknowledge and agree to comply and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to the terms of use, please do not use this website.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
StylePad provides users with various tools to use and participate in activities on the Website and/or events StylePad participates in.

The Service may include advertisements and these advertisements are necessary for StylePad to provide the Service. The Service may also include certain communications from StylePad, such as service announcements and administrative messages, and that these communications are considered part of StylePad membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.

Any new features added to the current Service shall be subject to this agreement, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees. You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.

The amount of content a user is allowed is currently unlimited. However, restrictions are likely to be imposed at a later time.

2. REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction.

You also agree to:
  • provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data")
  • maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
    • If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or StylePad has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, StylePad has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

    Only one account is allowed per person.

    3. MEMBER CONDUCT
    You understand that all Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not StylePad, are responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. StylePad does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will StylePad be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.

    You agree to not use the Service to:
  • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, obscene, libelous, abusive, harassing, tortious, vulgar, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
  • forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service;
  • provide any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);

  • collect or store personal data about other users.
    • All content that you store, transmit, display, or access on the Website is governed by all applicable laws (including without limitation copyright, obscenity, and child abuse/pornography laws). If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, StylePad is under no obligation to become involved.

    4. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
    StylePad reserves the right in its sole discretion to restrict your access to the Website and/or terminate your account without notice for any violation or threatened violation of this Agreement. Upon voluntary or involuntary termination of your account, your access to the Website immediately will be blocked and your content stored on the Website may be deleted. StylePad has no obligation to return or restore deleted content. This Agreement shall survive termination or expiration of your Customer Agreement.

    StylePad reserves the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.

    5. WEBSITE CONTENTS, OWNERSHIP, AND RESTRICTIONS
    By posting any Content to the public areas of the Website, you hereby grant to StylePad the non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, publicly perform and display such Content on the Website. This license will terminate at the time you remove such Content from the Website.

    You represent and warrant that you own the Content posted by you on the Website or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and your Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, or other intellectual property rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties and fees owing any person by reason of any Content you post on the Website.

    The information contained in this website including all images, illustrations, designs, photographs, video clips, writings and other materials that appear herein are copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property owned, controlled, or licensed (all of which, collectively, are herein referred to as the "Contents") by StylePad.

    8. ENDORSEMENT
    Reference herein to any products, services, processes, hypertext links to third parties or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply its endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by StylePad. Product and service information is the sole responsibility of each individual vendor.

    9. REVISIONS
    StylePad may revise these terms of use by updating this posting. You agree that in the event any portions of these website terms of use are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these website terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. By using this Website you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current terms of use to which you are bound.

    We will never sell your Personal Information to any third party not affiliated with StylePad without your consent, except in connection with the sale or merger of StylePad or the division responsible for such services.
